B12 is one of the eight water-soluble B vitamins.  All B vitamins help the body to convert carbohydrates into glucose(sugar), which is burned to produced energy.  B vitamins are also essential  in the breakdown of fats and proteins.   B vitamins play an important role in maintaining muscle tone lining in the digestive tract and promoting the health of the nervous system, skin, hair, eyes, mouth, and liver.

As you can see, vitamin B is great for everyone to improve their overall health.  An associate of mine, Dr.  Kelly Austin, gives vitamin B shots in the San Diego area.  I’ve personally never received one, but I hear all the time how positively people have responded to them.  Some of the most common results have been, more energy, weight loss, and a decreas in stress.

What are your experiences with a vitamin B shot?
