When clients come to me and want to lose weight,  I tell them to follow the elimination diet for thirty days.  More specifically the two foods I tell them to eliminate are diary and wheat products.

Why?  Well most people that I come across have some sort of sensitivity to those foods.  When you are sensitive to those foods, it can cause an inflammation in the gut and inhibit weight loss.
