I’ve been listening to an audio program by Dr Alan Pressman on toxicity and thought I would share the hot topics.

There are three categorizes where toxins come from.  Environmental toxins, lifestyle toxins, and internal toxins are the three mentioned.  Toxicity issues have grown in the USA ten fold in the past 10-20 years.  Every week we are bombarded with over 82,000 chemicals and toxins.

  • Auto Exhaust
  • Solvents  – Paints, detergents, perfumes, deodorant, and much more
  • Heavy Metals
  • Pesticides, insecticides
  • Radiation
  • Inhalants

2. Lifestyle Toxins

  • Nicotine
  • Caffeine
  • Alcohol
  • Drugs – Prescription medications, over the counter
