So Many Injuries

Not sure if it’s just me, but I have been seeing more and more people with injuries. With injuries comes pain. Living with pain is one the worst ways to live. You can’t sleep, you cant focus, and your mood just stinks.

Right now, out of my 20 clients that I see on a weekly basis, I would say 75% have some sort of pain or injury.  Most are not because of the workouts. I see clients with shoulder pain, feet pain, hip injuries, and the most common back pain.

I have been really present to the rise with this situation and I’m determined to help rehab my clients to live a pain free life.

Most of their injuries are coming from neglecting their body, having tight muscles, and never stretching or exercising.  

It’s time to start taking care of our bodies.
