Its the New Year and I thought I would share a healthy recipe for those of you who are asking for tips.

Preheat oven to 450. Pour 1/4 cup extra-vigil olive oil on a rimmed baking sheet and place in oven until oil is hot, about 3 minutes. In a medium bowl, combine 2 cans (15.5 oz each) chickpeas, rinsed and drained,and patted dry,1tsp cayenne pepper, and 1 tbsp cumin seeds. Season with salt and toss to combine. Place mixture on hot baking sheet and spread in a single layer. Bake until chickpeas are crisp, 10-12 mins. With a slotted spoon, transfer onto paper towel and let cool slightly. Serve warm :)
