Have you heard about the fat burning zone?  What have people told you about it?  Does it work?

Myth: You must stay in your fat burning zone to burn fat.
Truth: There is no such thing as a fat burning zone.  While low intensity exercises uses more fat, the total caloric expenditure is less.  You don’t have to use fat during exercise to lose fat from your waistline.
So when you see that cardio machine and it gives you an option to pick a fat burning workout, up the intensity and burn more calories.  Within no time you’ll start seeing those inches come off.  Good Luck with your workouts.

    Also it’s reported that you can burn fat up to 48 hours after a workout, that means if you train 3 days a week (perferably with a Personal Trainer) you will burn fat up to 6 days a week 1/2 the time while at rest.
