A couple called me this summer asking if I could help with their diet plan.  I was more than happy to help and met them at their home in San Diego.  Before I arrived I asked them to each make a food diary for the past 7 days.

We went over their food dairy and I mentioned that they need to follow the elimination diet.  For those of you who do not know the elimination diet check out this link.  I pretty much told them 5 easy tips that will help with their weight loss.

  1. Stop eating dairy
  2. Stop eating gluten
  3. Eat protein with each meal
  4. Eat fat with each meal
  5. Drink mostly water for your liquids

Check out their testimonial after a few months.  Since they did this video, they have lost a total of 30 lbs each. The biggest bonus, they were able to keep the weight off with having two kids and going on a few vacations.  Nice job Ryan and Kim.
