As you may know I was at a personal training seminar this weekend to further my education.  I wanted to share some of the things I learned.  I know this myth, but thought it would great to share with everyone, since there is tons of questions out there on the weight loss issue.

Exercise and Weight Loss Myths
Myth: Eating right before bed will make you fat.
Truth: Enzymes don’t wear watches.  It makes no difference what time you eat; weight is determined by how many calories you consume vs. how many calories you expend.
How many of you have heard not to eat after 8pm?  How many think that starving yourself will produce weight loss results?  
It all comes down to calories in vs. calories out.  And if your starving yourself, your body will hold to everything you consume because it wants to survive.  Your body is a very smart machine.  Let it do what its suppose to do.
