If you’re really trying to gain or lose some serious weight you must consume protein drinks. It’s one the easiest ways to consume enough protein per day to meet your requirements. Here are a few of my favorite recipes for protein drinks.

Vanilla Complete 
1-cup apple juice
1 scoop Juice Plus complete vanilla
1¼ cup ice blend for 20 sec

Banapple Shake
1-cup apple juice½ banana
1 scoop Juice Plus complete vanilla
¼ cup of ice-4 cubes

Chocolate Complete
1 cup skim milk
1 scoop Juice Plus complete Chocolate
¼ cup ice blend for 20 sec

Chocolate Banana Shake
1 cup skim milk
½ banana
1 scoop Juice Plus complete Chocolate

These are homemade protein drinks are best consumed right after a workout. After the workout your body needs these nutrients to start repairing your body and muscles. I would also suggest adding a serving of some omega 3 fatty acids to all your drinks. It protects the heart and brain. 

Quick note: taking one tablespoon of flax seed oil(Omega 3) has lowered my overall cholesterol by 49 points in 6 months.
