Exercising first thing in the morning burns more fat?  Is this true or false?  

Being in the gym industry for the past 15 years, I’ve heard it all.  I love talking with clients giving them the the truth. Here’s the facts on this topic.
Myth: Exercising first thing in the morning burns more fat.
Truth: While muscles are forced to rely on fat when glucose is unavailable, exercising when blood glucose is low will decrease exercise intensity, resulting in less calories burned.
When your blood sugar is low, its so hard for your body to do work.  Even thinking or staying focused on topics can be challenging.  Get it out of you head that you need to deplete carbs to lose weight.  Its all about calories in vs. calories out.
Eat 4-6 small frequent meals daily for optimal energy.
