Yes I know, its the 4Th of July and you want to eat whatever you want without your personal trainer riding you to eat healthy. Let me share a secret, moderation is everything. Just cause its a holiday does not give you the right to eat everything and anything in site.

Let me share what I saw yesterday. I was over at a friends house playing some poker. Our choices of snacks; sour cream and onion potato chips, BBQ potato chips, chocolate, cookies, coke, and grape soda. What scares me more was that all their kids were eating and drinking this crap non stop.
I felt like they were all blind. Don’t they see what they are doing? Do they see what their setting their kids up for? I have to admit, I’m speechless and have no idea what to do. Yes its their choice what they eat, but my question is, do they know the repercussions?
Where do I fit in with my job?
What to do? OK, my recommendation is to be present on how you feel after you eat that junk. Your body should tell you how it feels.
Choices you can make.
Water over soda
Fruit over cookies
Cheese over potato chips
Avoid all dips
Avoid all fried foods
Oh by the way Happy 4th of July:)
