This is my review of a book called, “The Diet Cure”, by Julia Ross M.A. I have been reading her book for the past 2 months and absolutely love it. It refers to such things as thyroid function, adrenal stress, sugar cravings, mood issues, sleep problems, and much more.

One of her suggestions that I have personally used in my diet is the intake of L-Tyrosine(amino acid). This is recommended for individuals that have low energy and caffeine cravings. Being a personal trainer and always wanting to have high energy for my clients, I have been guilty of consuming caffeine.
I have been taking this amino acid, L-Tyrosine, for the past 6 weeks and feel is has made a huge difference in my energy levels, which allows me to wean off of caffeine.
