I was recently at business seminar where they had a few snacks to eat during the presentation.  One was beef jerky and the other a Trail Mix from Costco.  Both look the same size, although looks can be deceiving.

One of the things that I also wanted to share was the sodium content in the beef jerky.  The beef jerky does have high sodium (720mg) and I recommend consuming this snack sparingly.
Always ready the serving size of those snacks, you never know what your getting until you take the time to review what your eating.
Beef Jerky
1 serving 110 calories
Fat 1g
Sodium 720mg
Carbs 13g
Sugar 9g
Protein 13g

Trail Mix (Total Per Package)
3 servings = 480 calories
Fat 30g
Sodium 120mg
Carbs 36g
Sugar 27g
Protein 15g

As you can see if you going to choose one of these snacks go with the jerky.  Take care
