I would have to say this feels like one of the most stressful times in America.  The economy has everyone freaking out.  I think the biggest stressor is the uncertainty of the nation.  We have no idea what’s going to happen or what will happen.  

Unfortunately some of the stressors are out of our control.  That may be true, but how we deal with stress in completely in our control.  Exercise is by far the best activity for relieving stress.  Here’s the top 10 ways exercise helps reduce stress.

  9. Encourages a healthier diet.
  10. Helps you take time for yourself.
I know most of you could benefit from at least one of these.  All you have to do is get moving.  I bet once you start exercising you’ll not only see differences in one area, but you’ll see them in others.
