I worked out four clients this morning at Pure Motion Fitness.  Today I kept most clients to the same routine with modifications for each client based on their specific goals.

Most of clients are looking for weight loss and overall good health.  I like workouts that get the heart rate up.  This usually takes exercises with multi muscle groups being used.  I like to burn tons of calories during the workouts.
Here’s a sample of the workout.
Round 1

1. Medicine Ball Push up (alternating hands) – 3 sets with 15-25 reps, depending on the fitness level of the client.
2. Squat with dumbbell hammer curl and shoulder press – 3 sets with 15 reps
3.  Row with Stationary Squat – (holding in squat position while doing a standing row) 3 sets with 15 reps
Round 2 

1. Trunk Twist with cable machine – 3 sets wih 12-15 reps
2. Lateral Squat with Pull Apart  - 3 Sets with 20 reps
3. Knee Ups – 3 sets with 15 reps
Round 3
1. Stability Ball(SB) Leg Curl – 2 sets of 20-25 reps
2. Crunches while squeezing the SB – 3 sets of 20-25 reps
3. Cobra – 3 sets Held for 30 seconds
Cool Down: Stretching for 5 minutes
