With our busy schedules, most of us have no time for ourselves, but we need to start making time.  Why is it when we get busy, our health is the first to be neglected?  This mentally sets up for years of pains, sickness and depression.  

What can you do today?
Ask yourself, “How do I want to live my life?”  Sick or Healthy?
Just do something, anything.  20 minutes, 15 minutes, even if you can 5 minutes of some sort of activity its going to beneficial for your overall well being. When you exercise, your body will actually thank you for exercising.  Yes you might feel some of aches and pains in the beginning, but in the long run you’ll be much more happy and healthy.  
 I wanted to share this quick workout for those of you think you don’t have time to workout.
