These are the top two exercises that I see done incorrectly in the gym.  You must understand that doing exercises incorrectly can and usually does cause injury.  

Doing correct push ups and squats will not only prevent injuries, it will set a strong foundation for your whole body and your future progress.

Please hire a personal trainer to set you up on a correct exercise plan that fits your needs and goals.
