Here’s a few bodybuilding tips using compound sets for the chest (pectorals). 


I’m demonstrating the Incline press and chest fly in this video. I love using drop sets and compound sets for muscle growth. These are two of the best bodybuilding techniques for muscle growth.

It’s so important to fatigue the muscle during a workout for maximum muscle growth.  Yes the workouts are important, but resting is where growth happens.  For best results one must have great nutrition, giving the muscle enough rest, and quality sleep.
